The hotel is ok , specially the rooms sizes are very good but the strong smell of tobacco in every room made us uncomfortable and gives us headaches. Just a few non smoking rooms and the staff wasn’t helpful

My stay here was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and seemed more focused on getting money than providing good customer service. I booked a package, but when my friend came to visit, the front desk immediately started demanding additional payment before even allowing them upstairs. Even after I explained that I would pay later while I was still staying at the hotel, they continued to chase me down for payment, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of enjoying my stay, I felt like I was constantly being harassed over money. To make matters worse, I paid for breakfast as part of my package, but I never ate there even once because of how uncomfortable the atmosphere became. Despite already paying for services I didn’t use, the staff continued to harass me for additional payments anytime they saw me with my friend. On top of that, the location wasn’t great, and the service was slow throughout my stay. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Giriş yaptığımız gibi yarım saat içerisinde çıkış yaptık, banyosunun kapısı kapanmıyordu bile , acayip ağır bir gider kokusu vardı ve tüm odayı sarmıştı. Ayrıca ütü hizmetleri olmadığı için verilen bozuk ütü nedeniyle kıyafetim yandı. Hiç memnun kalmadık. Henüz bir ücret iadesi dahi yapılmadı.
