⚠️ ⛔️ CAUTION: When we checked out of the hotel and were about to take an Uber to airport, one of the hotel staff insisted strongly that I cancel the Uber, saying he knew a cheaper taxi. We agreed on a final price to the airport. He called his friend, and a taxi arrived quickly. I noticed that he secretly took his own commission from the driver, though he tried to hide it. When we got in, I told the driver the agreed price, and he accepted it. However, when we arrived at the airport, the driver charged us 200 turkish lira more, claiming it was a commission. Only use online taxi services. ✅ Positive: - Excellent location, - good breakfast (but no variety between days), - very good internet. ❌ Negative: -The room walls and main door are not soundproof, so every conversation and noise could be heard clearly. We were woken up in the mornings by the sounds. - The bed sheets and towels were relatively clean but very old, worn out, and dark in color. In my opinion, this hotel was not a real four-star.

Very nice clean hotel. Location is awesome. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. TV with good channels. I was in a back room with no view so internet was shaky. Water was hot. Bed was comfy. AC worked well. Elevators are big enough. Only small complain was low towel quality. Overall good experience

Avoid this place!!!!!!! Worst customer service, very rude front desk manager, went to him to complain about breakfast as there is nothing you can eat, they have very bad quality of food, watery juice from the machine, no continu breakfast and just salad. When I requested help they said there is nothing we can do for you our breakfast is like this. Rooms are clean but they only supply shampoo and soap, if you ask about bathrobe it doesn’t exist here you can only get bad quality of towels. Wifiiii can go off, I regret this place never again !!!!
