Stayed here for 4 nights for the Europa League final. Room was compact but clean and fridge proved useful. Shower was powerful but took a long time to warm up. No tea or coffee facilities in room but machine at the back of reception that made good coffee for 50TL. Excellent location a short walk from hotel.

Staff very friendly and accomodating, happy to help the best they can. Location was quite good for us, the rooms quite specious (apparently quite a rare find in Istanbul). The location is close to all the major attractions and the staffs are super friendly. However we booked a room with three beds and all of the sheets and linen had stains, the bathroom didn’t feel clean and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. Overall I would book a different place even if I have to pay a bit more.
