Overall my experience with positive. Air conditioning worked , comfortable room and the breakfast was minimal but sufficient. My only negative experience was because of the sports complex (which is part of hotel) has to pre booked and there limited access

Otel girişinde bellboy yok Otel girişinde güvenlik yok Loby çok yetersiz sadece iki aile oturabilir Lobyden çıkıp odalara giden çok uzun bir koridor var geceleri buz gibi ve ısıtma yok Otelin içinde restoran yok Otelin dışında bulunan restoran var. Yemek kalitesi iyi ama menü içeriğine göre fiyatlar yüksek. 200 metre uzakta ve servisi akşam 22:00 de bitiyor. Gece üşüyerek veya ıslanarak odaya gitmek zorundasınız. Gece 22:00 den sonra otelde yemek bulamazsınız çünkü oda servisi yok minibar boş. Odada bulunan duşta yıkanmak marifet gerektiriyor su bir sıcak bir soğuk akıyor. Odalar yeni geniş kullanışlı. Oda içinde klimanın otomatik modu çalışmıyor ya çok sıcak ya çok soğuk oluyor. Tesis reservasyonlarında gözüken resimler çocuklu aileler için çok aktivite var gibi algı yaratıyor ama spor bölüm kullanımı günlük 1 saatle ile kısıtlı ve tüm bülümler için kullanım hakkı verilmiyor. Ayrıca istediğiniz saatte kullanım yapamıyorsunuz. Elektrikli araç istasyonu var ve kullanışlı.

Yalnız bir durum var ki otel müşterisi olarak mesela spor tesislerini veya havuzu kullanabilmemiz için dışarıdan gelen üyeliklerden arta kalan zamanlarda boş olan saatleri kullanabilmekteyiz. Kendimizi biraz tabiri yerindeyse fazlalık gibi hissediyoruz. Tüm seyehat planlamamızın yanı sıra otel olanaklarından yararlanmak için müsaitlik durumuna göre ayarlamamız gere. Tabi doğal olarak da hiç birinden yararlanamadık.
