I have been residing at this hotel for eight years, and it remains my preferred choice in Istanbul. My last visit was the best; the reception staff spoke English. There's also a polite young man named Hasan who works in the hotel restaurant; he speaks Turkish, Arabic, and English, and he was very accommodating with our inquiries about the area and transportation. Airport taxi service is available at a reasonable price, and all the staff are respectful and accommodating.

Das Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen. Es hat kleine und modern eingerichtete Zimmer, moderne Bäder und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Restaurants und Shops sind allerhand vorhanden. Metro und Tram sind 5 Minuten entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Tram, mit der man ganz bequem zum Großen Basar, Hagia Sophia, Galata-Brücke, darüber, Taksim und zu diversen Bootsanlegern / Touren fahren kann.
