Hotel was clean. Close to tourist areas. Tv remotes did not work and claimed there were elevators but none to be had. Also somewhat difficult to find. Streets very narrow for cars to access. They need to get one remote not use two to be able to use the tv.

Locatie onder aan een helling in een afgelegen plaats. Net iets buiten de grandbazaar. Families met een kind raad ik af. Let op standaardkamers kom je terecht in de kelder. Prijs kwalitiet is prima. Ruime kamers. Personeel is aardig maar wel onervaren. Verder prima hotel voor backpackers.

Hotel is niet wat het lijkt als op de foto's. Het hotel was volgeboekt bij onze aankomst, waardoor ze ons in een ander gebouw, 15 minuten van het hotel hebben gebracht. De kamer waarin we verbleven was zeer stoffig en oud. Voor een driepersoonskamer was er maar 1 bed en een stoffige zetel waar dat we op moesten slapen. Etc...

Online rezervasyon yaptım. Gösterilen oda ile verilen oda çok farklı. Akşam saatlerinde otele giriş yaptım be odamın bodrum katında camsız olduğunu söylediler. Ben itiraz ettim. Bu sefer 100 m ileride mahalle arasında köhne bir binada suit oda diye bir yer gösterdiler. Kabul etmedim. 120 lira fark verdim be yan binada başka bir oda verdiler. Odaya 3 kişi zor sığdık. Zor şartlarda olduğum için mecburen kabul ettim. Ama birdaha aynı oteli kesinlikle seçmem. Hotels. com dan rezervasyon hiç yapmam. İnsanları kandırmaktan başka bir şey yapmıyorlar..

Ich kam abends gegen 17 Uhr im Hotel an. Mir wurde gesagt, dass es viel bessere Zimmer gäbe. Hierfür müsste ich eine Zahlung von 10 Euro pro Tag zusätzlich zu der bereits geleisteten Zahlung tätigen. Ich sagte, dass ich das nicht tun würde und ich die Unterkunft wolle, die ich gebucht und bereits bezahlt habe. Nach Diskussionen bekam ich dann doch das "bessere" Zimmer, ohne dass ich etwas zuzahlen musste. Es war offensichtlich, dass sie mir das von mir gebuchte Zimmer nicht geben konnten. Ich wurde dann in ein anderes Haus gebracht und bekam dort eine ganze Wohnung mit Küche, Bad, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Diese war ziemlich schmutzig, eine Wand im Schlafzimmer war völlig verschimmelt. Es kam auch die komplette Woche, die ich dort war, nicht einmal jemand vorbei, um sauber zu machen. Da dieses Vorgehen des Hotels eine Masche zu sein scheint und es vielen anderen genauso oder ähnlich ging wie mir, lautet mein Tipp: Hände weg von dieser Unterkunft. Das Vorgehen ist absolut nicht seriös. An Expedia meine Bitte: Ich buche oft Reisen über Expedia. Ich wusste immer, worauf ich mich einlasse. Die Beschreibungen der Unterkünfte warenw immer genau und zutreffend. Nicht jedoch in diesem Fall in Istanbul. Dieses Hotel sollte sofort aus dem Angebot genommen werden.

Das Personal ist frech und gereizt... schämen Sie sich, dass Sie solche Angebote unterbreiten. Einmal Expedia und nie wieder! Gebucht haben wir 2 Zimmer mit Einzelbetten, doch vor Ort wurde uns gesagt es gäbe kein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten, aber sie können uns ein Suite Lounge zur Verfügung stellen. Als wir uns dies angeschaut haben, haben wir entschieden unsere Buchung zu stornieren. Danach haben sie uns ein Angebot gemacht mit einem Hotel, welches sich 5 min zu Fuß von diesem Hotel befand. Als wir dort waren, müssten wir 20 Euro Aufpreis bezahlen für 2 Nächte und 2 Zimmer. Ich finde es ist ein Betrug, dass sie mit Kunden durchziehen.

Berbat. Berbat ötesi hatta. bu siteden yaptığım en mide bulandırıcı yerdi. 1 ay öncesinden rezervasyon yaptım. aynı gün 5 gibi otele vardım ve yaklaşık 4 5 saat öncesinde yaptığım rezervasyonu kontrol etmek için oteli aradım. Sorun olmadığını ve beklediklerini söylediler. Otele gittik, tadilat gürültülerinden başka hiçbirşey yok. Üstelik bizi 2 saat beklettiler oda hazır değil diye. Sonrasında gürültü dolayısıyla ayırdığımız odayı vermediklerini, suit dairelerinde konaklayabileceğimizi söylediler. Süit dedikleri de 1+1 daire, pislik içinde. nevresim ve çarşaflarda garip izler, yırtıklar, delikler, mutfak berbat, banyo aynı şekilde pis, çalışanlarda güleryüzden zerre yok. ertesi gün kahvaltı dahil olduğunu bile biz söylemesek haberleri olmayacak. Onun için de, yaklaşık bir saat önceden arayıp kahvaltı yapacağımızı belirtmemiz istendi. Böyle bir şey kahvaltı dahil otellerin hiçbirinde görmedim. bir önceki tatilimde kaldığım suit oda, bu güya suit odaya göre kral dairesi gelmişti. 10, 20, 50, 100 tl bile fark olsa, bu otelin ucuz rezillikleri ile uğraşmaktansa, gidip farklı bir yerde kalın. Ayrıca otelin ismi değişiyor, 7 hills gibi bir sey olacak sanırım. Kesinlikle gitmeyin.
