2 nights we were woken up drastically by a terrible alarm which was a female voice shouting in Turkish, this happened at 03:00am in the middle of the night, and with 2 kids and a baby they were absolutely terrified and did not sleep all night. Then to make matters worse, the night before the return flight this happened again, multiple times over and over and we all woke up, kids needed to be rested for the travel, and this has completely ruined our travel plans and created huge difficulty and stress on our travels. Not happy at all.

The worst Hilton, run away!

Upon arrival the guard almost broke the suitcase, the staff have broken English, you ask for the same thing 3 times, they rip you off on the laundry service, you ask for matches they don't have any but don't even offer you a lighter, this morning 3 times they called me in my room to tell me that I have to leave today even though it was extended and validated since the day before... When you complain to reception, the staff around you laugh and make fun of you. Never ever again! A horror!
