Le strict minium pour un 5 étoiles: (-) : aucun kits (coton, brosse à dents…), pas de peignoir, rien. Même l’eau fallait la réclamer le premier jour. Le nettoyage des chambres et surtout des toilettes laisse à désirer, nous avions 5 chambres mais aucune attention particulière sauf au moment du Check-out lorsque nous avons mis 4/5 (+) : le petit déjeuner très bon, hôtel très bien situé Après échanges avec le manager, il nous a expliqué que c’est pour la planète et qu’il faut appeler à chaque fois la réception pour demander, chose qui n’était pas indiqué ou en tout petit mais nous l’avions pas vu. Comme je l’ai stipulé lors de notre échange, la sustainability a bon « dos » pour faire des économies sur le dos des clients. Dommage n’ayant pas l’´habitude de ces économies pour les 5 étoiles nous avons été déçus

everything was perfect. The only issue is that parking tents to be expensive as it is a different company that deals with it. During traffic times, the roads leading to the hotel can be frustrating
