I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world, and my experience at Henna would rank at the top- mostly due to the general manager. Her customer service is what makes the hotel. The hotel itself is very well situated, easy walking distance to all the major sites and plenty of restaurants, while still being quiet. The rooms are lovely, bed is very comfortable, breakfast is awesome. The food was fresh with many options, and the rooftop view is amazing. Cannot say enough about the staff and their service at this hotel.

I have no words to describe the service I received other than to say that the hotel manager provided literally the single greatest service experience I have ever received in my life. Nevermind that it was in a great location, with plenty of dining options nearby, near to the sites, and with a great rooftop.

HENNA hotel is outstanding but lios every hotel ita the staff that make all the difference. Ahmed, Emma and all the staff have always a smile and Will ask all day how can they help. Our stay was incredible. Hotel Henna is amazingly well located, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. It is also surrounded by great restaurants, markets, and cafés. The staff was exceptionally hospitable. Sema (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was especially kind and caring to our family and our daughters. She welcomed us every day with sweets and even prepared breakfast for us on the morning of our check-out, even though we had to leave very early. Breakfast delicious. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was wonderful for the couple. We stayed in the Family Room. Thank you so much for everything!

Sema was also incredibly helpful in arranging our excursions, answering our questions, and making sure we had everything we needed.
