When I arrived the staff asked me for 1800 turkish lira, which I thought was for the key deposit as there English was very poor. On check out I was told no money back. I thought that I had paid Expedia for my stay there, and I wonder if hotel is taking money from expedia as well as for guests. My room was not cleaned at all during my stay. Will not stay there again.
