This is a place to okay for a quick stay without the need for convenience. But if you need clean rooms, working bathrooms, and good reliable internet than look else where. Stayed for a 2 week trip while working remotely but due to terrible internet couldn’t wait for the time to be over any quicker. Will not consider this place for future stays.

Very poor condition of rooms and amenities, but great location. Despite asking frequently for a room with open view, they gave me a very small and congested room with window opening to the wall. Terrible! I had to pay a lot extra to got a bigger room. Terrible experience

Bad Place to stay in Istanbul

I had to cancel after first night as walls was full of black mold next to air-condition and heath hazard ,rooms nothing like photo at all slipper provided was so cheap it was break and I nearly fall off , dirty area outside hotel , noise and also no proper window to catch sun in sunny Istanbul, I have rise issues with hotel.com they ask me to book other places and move on but NO Refund been done in my case yet ,
