I had a wonderful stay at Grand Galata. The spa was an added amenity! I used the pool, sauna, and steam room. The bed was very comfortable and it gave classy European luxury. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were also so helpful and amazing! Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Excellent hotel, great location very close to Galata tower, a short walk to Galata Port and a 25 minute walk accross the bridge to grand bazaar. Also close to Istiklal area. Great service from Sabri, Elif and Huseyin. Stopped in Istanbul twice during the journey and stayed here twice. Also, the breakfast was lovely but even more impressive was the fabulous views of the Bospborus. Will recommend to my family.

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon. The service was amazing. The workers Sabri, Elif and Serbon were so understanding of the fact that we didn’t speak Turkish and helped us find nice places to eat and even took pictures for us. They also got us a taxi from our hotel from the airport for cheaper prices!! 10/10 would highly recommend!

The room was always kept spotless, the soundproofing was excellent, and the location was perfect — close to everything there is to see in Istanbul. The small spa was a lovely addition for a relaxing afternoon, although complimentary water was not provided there. The staff were always very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is newly renovated, rooms are super clean. The location is excellent — close to Galata Tower, Pera, cafes and restaurants. The street is lively daytime and quiet at night (no bars etc), windows have excellent sound isolation, so no sound is coming in. The hotel stuff is amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful and polite. Extra tip: don't skip the restaurant on the top floor. The views are to die for!
