Was in a good location staff was very friendly. I don’t know why there’s any hesitation or bad reviews for this place. I always found the housekeeping to be very nice and on time. They helped me arrange a taxi to the airport on the way back. We definitely stay here again.

Hotels pictures promises so much more. So get ready to lower your expactations. ”Soundproofed rooms” - no, we could hear every word from reception in our room. Free welcome party every day - no there was not. We chose this hotel because of the balcony. Unfotunately the balcony and balcony furniture were in bird poop so the balcony was unusable. Location is good and 5-10mins from public transport. Staff is superb and willing to assist on your needs.
