Good hotel . the suite was so noisy so we changed our booking to standard rooms which is less noisy but you still hear guests in another rooms . stuff is good and breakfast was very good . location is awesome.

Great Hotel for Great Price

When I booked on this site I got the room with double beds for a reasonable price. I originally wanted the hotel for 2 nights but I decided to stay due to the friendliness of the staff, good breakfast, and good location. The hotel is near Vialand which is fun amusement park, good restaurants and malls, 10 min from the port and 20 min to Taksim and other attractions by car.

The rooms have zero sound proofing , you can clearly hear the people in the next room. the hotel fronts onto a tunnel entrance of a busy road , across the street is an empty lot , just not nice. the back of the hotel is very close to a mosque and you will be blasted out of bed by the amplified morning call to pray at very early o'clock i thought some one was in the room it was so loud, breakfast was ok , staff friendly enough.

The hotel was clean, the staff very helpful. The only negative thing was the unpleasant smoking smell in our room. Despite the fact that we are non-smoking persons, the smoking smell it was everywhere stuck in the walls of the room we stayed in, we had to sleep for the whole duration of 7 nights with open window overnight to eliminate the unbearable smoking smell. We asked the staff to be placed on another room whereas the smoking smell could be off completely or at least less than our own room and the room we saw was worse than ours so no point of changing it. I suggest to hotel management to prohibit smoking inside rooms. The buffet breakfast was nice, lots of choices, enjoyed it. Very clean and its location is in a beautiful area.

Disgusting. This is misleadingly advertised, this is far from a 3 star hotel. It is the equivalent of a slum, it is not much better than sleeping on the street. The rooms are noisy that you can literally hear your neighbors breathe and every move they make. I checked out the next morning and they refused to refund me for the reminder of my nights. I didn’t know you could have such a poor hotel in a developed country. AVOID

Better than staying on the street

If your expectation is just to stay, you can do the job, but the hotel is old, many places are broken and not clean. In addition, the location is across the street and the hotel was like an apartment. After the first day of accommodation, we wanted to cancel our stay, but they said that only hotels.com can do this. Hotels.com, on the other hand, said the hotel could do it if they wanted to. When we told them this, they admitted that they did not want to cancel. In other words, they also tried to deceive us, they were not sincere. In conclusion, if you are looking for a better place than staying on the street, you can go.

The hotel was nice but I was on 6th floor and there was no lift all the way up there had to walk up the stairs from the 5th floor plus 5th floor was under renovation which was not safe when walking past and as it being a tourist hotel there was refugees living on my floor I felt uncomfortable as I dress kinda open and I was looked at like I was doing something bad for the way I dressed and the refuge always complained to us when we spoke but hello I'm on holiday and paid to stay there I found that very rude I would like to go back as for the price it was right but unfortunately I don't think I will unless they change the habit of the hotel but stuff were excellent had no trouble loved them all very helpful and always had a smile on there face

An awful place ever! some of personel didn't have an appropriate behavior. also none of them could speak english, even a single word!! in our booking information it was stated that our room in 35 squared meter but it was around 18, even when we asked about that they had a bad behavior and said that's how it is! if you don't want that you can leave!!!! in the website it was also mentioned that we can have a free parking for our car as an option, but when we asked for that they said street is the free parking!!!! next day we asked for an iron. they gave it and said you have just 5 minutes to use it not more!!!! my brother had a seperate room, when he asked for iron they said hotel has no iron!!! what??? you can send your clothes to a dry cleaning. about the cleaning, we found used shaving razors in the bathroom belonging to previous travelers, and they remaind there till the last day. also inside the shelvs in the bathroom there were lots of tiny insects. there are also a lot more about that hotel, but just can say that was the worst experience ever. my husband and I became so pissed off becasue it was a kind of our honey moon and marriage travel and we had invited our family members from different countries and places to get gather together. we had 3-4 rooms for about 16 days and didn't expect that behavior.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, Wir durften mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit 5 Stunden früher einchecken das haben wir noch nie erlebt auch das aus checken erfolgte mehrere Stunden später da wir nicht wussten wohin mit den Koffern. Die Klima hat nicht funktioniert was für uns aber kein Thema war, da es mit dem lüften hervorragend geklappt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
