Helpful and kind staff, enough amenities, conveniently located close to Istanbul Airport (15 mins) and providing shuttle services for 30 Euros. Yet, you can grab a cab for 1/3 of that price. Nice breakfast options, not allowed to order food from outside, no alcohol service. Overall, nice price/performance ratio.

My stay at the Elysian Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, offering elegant and comfortable rooms that create a relaxing and luxurious environment. As a female solo traveler who has stayed at many hotels, I felt especially safe and comfortable here. The hotel’s environment, combined with the professionalism of the staff, made this experience stand out as one of the best in terms of overall safety and peace of mind. The staff were consistently amazing, professional, respectful, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Among them, Ibrahim stood out for his remarkable dedication. He was exceedingly respectful, professional, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. His hard work and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. While the entire team was wonderful, I happened to interact with Ibrahim more frequently, and his exceptional service made a lasting impression. Overall, the Elysian Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, beauty, and great hospitality.

The staff were polite and helpful, the hotel was clean and well-appointed. The rate was great, especially for a last-minute booking when our flight was delayed. The rooms are definitely not sound-proofed from each other - I heard sneezes and coughing - but there wasn't a lot of noise from outside. The biggest issue I had is that the door to my room wouldn't actually lock (neither with the normal digital lock or the deadbolt; there was no chain on the door) but I was too tired to try and switch rooms at midnight. I just put the luggage stand in front of the door so something would wake me up if the door opened.

The Good: modern design, recently upgraded. Clean. Good breakfast (for a fee). The Bad: not the best location outside the airport. No public transportation close by at least not Sunday evening . Hotel/airport transfers a bit pricey. The Ugly: 7:30AM while I am still sleeping a hotel staff walked into my room by accident. I later found out the room lock never worked!

Easy to find airport shuttle and little wait. Only complaint would be the driver on the return transfer to airport was looking and texting on his phone for almost the entire transfer - only drove with one hand and would be looking at his phone for several seconds at a time. Made me a bit nervous.
