Elite World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı: Fair overall—clean, well-maintained, and a large property. However, the in-room snacks/coffee selection is poor for a 5-star hotel, and the customer service felt limited and at times rude. Staff did not seem willing to do the bare minimum expected at this level, and overall friendliness/service culture was disappointing.

The hotel has nice amenities but there is need for serious improvement when it comes to services. Our room was barely clean - cleaning service left plates of food we had eaten for two days and at times garbage won't be cleared. We are not even sure of our sheets were changed. Also, the food is not good and there is little variety. We order room service for breakfast and had staled pain au chocolat. The burger we order was awful and my steak which i order as medium well was more than done and very chewy!! Other than that staff are friendly and readily available to help!!! Not a 5 star experience at all

The hotel is truly wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished so that nothing is missing. The view from the window is incredible. Despite the heavy traffic outside, the room is very quiet—you can’t hear the neighbors or any noise from the corridor. The bedding was changed every other day. Breakfasts were varied, and everyone can find something they like. It’s a 15-minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to a shopping center. There are always taxis available right outside the hotel, and a bus stop is just 200 meters away. The staff are excellent—helpful but never intrusive. The spa area is fantastic: a spacious sauna, steam room, nature-sound shower, ice cabin, and a large pool. Best of all, the pool is never crowded. It’s a wonderful place to relax. The hotel is truly comfortable, and we didn’t miss a thing. Thank you!

The pictures online look different than in person. The hotel is very dated, rooms were not the cleanest. The rooms need to be painted. The furniture was showing wear, stains on the couch etc. Staff were very friendly and it was close to the Hilltown shopping mall so that is where we ate our meals. It was decent for what we needed it for.
