I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. It was very dirty, and all the equipment appeared to be old and heavily used. The rooms smelled musty, and the ventilation system did not work at all. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell. There was no information in the room about emergency phone numbers. The reception staff spoke only Turkish, making communication very difficult. The bath towels were damp, and the bed sheets had holes in them. It did not feel like a guesthouse at all. I had to leave the suite during the night.

Oda da Televizyon kumandası kırık, Televizyon kanalları çalışmıyor, Duş kapısı ve ahizesi kırık, Dolaplar kırık, sadece bardak su konulmuş, elektirik anahtarları kırılmış haldeydi. Temizlik iyiydi.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed at ELIT PERLA SUIT with my family, and the night was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. The room had a terrible smell, the atmosphere was dark and depressing, and it looked nothing like the photos shown in the app. We could not sleep properly because of the bad odor and the unpleasant environment. This place is absolutely not suitable for families. The hotel felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and far below basic expectations. If you care about your family’s comfort, cleanliness, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel. We truly regret booking this place.
