We were booked here through Expedia when our VRBO fell through. Expedia made a mistake and gave my friend and I a room with only one bed. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating to go out of their way and change our room. Throughout our stay everyone was extremely polite and friendly. This is NOT a four star hotel. Two star at best. Very dated facilities, very limited amenities, in a deserted alleyway, poor ambience. Morning breakfast is fair. The staff are very nice, but that does not make up for charging four-star prices for a two-star hotel.
