In a great location. Nice view from the balcony. Attentive and friendly staffs. Free drinking water provided. Buffet breakfast with plenty choices of food and the ladies start cleaning at 10:29am sharp with constant loud banging tapping bouncing noises while plenty of people are still sitting and finishing their breakfast every single morning. Constant smoking smell in the lobby, corridor and toilet in the room when the ventilation fan is on.

There was no amenities such as gym, pool, suana, or etc. Property is located conveniently and is close to Isteklal Avenue by walking. If you are a fan of shopping and eating, there are plenty of stores and eateries in the area. Breakfast is good. An issue we had was with a couple of staff smoking in the entrance area outside the lobby. With automatic glass door, cigarette smoke blows into the lobby and adjacent breakfast area.

The room had a very nice view and was cleaned thoroughly. There was no problem with the heating system and the taps shower were working.
