We had a bad experience with a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. Front desk offered to change to a different room but at the time when we were not available. Housekeeping was not the best neither. We enjoyed the breakfast and the nice guys that attended it.

The staff are very helpful and the lobby area is nice. High ceilings are a bonus. They clean my room everyday. As someone who has stayed in several hotels...The breakfast is the best in the area at this price point. Also, it's not a smokey hotel, like others. I can't smell any smoke in my room. As a non-smoker I appreciate that. The other guests here are proper ppl.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional – 10/10 for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help at every moment. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive (9/10), and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the breakfast – great variety and quality (9/10), definitely a lovely way to start the day. The location is perfect (10/10), close to everything you might need, whether it’s shopping, dining, or sightseeing. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. historical from the outside but modern from the inside looks like a castle from the outside friendly staff There is a very nice terrace on the top floor. A nice breakfast awaits the guests there. Very close to central locations and the metro. specialy thanks to mr cengiz
