Quelle déception ! Pas de Wi-Fi Personnel tout juste à l'écoute (téléphone portable à l'oreille),ne parlant pas anglais. Chambre pas très propre :auréoles de ? sur la couette ,serviettes de toilette pas très nettes,frigidaire avec des traces collantes, odeur assez forte de tabac Petit déjeuner très succint,aucun fruit .

Hallo ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen vor allem auch nicht mit Kinder . Es waren wohl neue Möbel und Bad aber die Abflüsse haben gestunken .Bis zum nächsten Einkauf und essen Möglichkeiten ist es 5 km . Machen das Zimmer nur sauber wenn man bescheid sagt . Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe !!! Ich möchte gerne wissen wer dieses Hotel bewertet hat . Und das Hotel kann man nur Bar vor Ort bezahlen es wird keine Kreditkarte genommen die wollen nur Bar !!1

Rezervasyondaki beyefendinin hangi odanin nerde oldugunu bilmemesi olasi degil, o yuzden kendince yaptigi kucuk kurnazlik bizi rahatsiz etti. Banyo giderinin tikali olmasi gibi aksakliklari gormezden gelirsek royal oda manzarasi konforu genişliği harikaydi. Kotu başlayan deneyimimiz guzel sonlanmis oldu.

Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und ist eigentlich recht modern eingerichtet. Das wars dann aber auch schon. Unser Zimmer war am ersten Tag nicht sauber. Essensreste auf dem Boden, eine Metallpinzette lag rum auf dem Boden, im Regal waren Überbleibsel der vorigen Gäste. Wir haben mit der Rezeption gesprochen und es wurde uns versprochen zu reinigen. Leider arbeitet das Reinigungspersonal mangelhaft. Die Essensreste am und im Regal wurden 5 Tage lang nicht gereinigt. Abzug im WC arbeitet nicht richtig. Das Bett war gut. Handtücher werden alle 2 Tage gewechselt. Frühstück: na ja. Sauberkeit ist hier auch ein Problem. Überall noch Baustaub. Da könnte man noch mehr draus machen aber das Hotelpersonal ist lieber selber Frühstück und raucht. Preis ist ok für Istanbul für Familien mit Kleinkindern auf Grund der fehlenden Sauberkeit nicht zu empfehlen. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist ein Plus.

Odadaki eşyalar yeterli. Ama saç ve vücut şampuanı tükenmiş. Odada ses ve ışık yalıtımı iyi. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterli. Odanın zemin temizliği biraz daha detaylı yapılabilir. Bir de banyoda giderlerden gelen kötü koku giderilebilirse daha konforlu olabilir.

Fantastisk flott hotell

Fantastisk flott hotell i en rolig område, flere store kjøpesenter er bare 5-10 min unna med bil. Kartal togstasjon med masse spisesteder og havpromonaden er også bare noen min unna. Anbefaler dette hotellet til alle som ønsker behagelig opphold i Istanbul. Hyggelige og imøtekommende personell som er så hjelpsomme med alt du måtte ha behov for. Frokostbuffé som er tilgjengelig til langt ut formiddagen er også kjempefint slik at du kan sove lenge nok😊
