The hosts welcomed my friend and I so graciously! The building has so much character, we loved exploring all of the beautiful floors, as we were there on the off-season and had most of the place to ourselves! The hostess treated us like her own family—served us our breakfast and dinner at a grand table in the sitting area just outside our room. I have been telling everyone I know that if they want to get to a quiet place this Fall or even Winter, and do remote work, that’s what I did, and it worked out great! We’re going back in September!

The hotel is very beautiful in terms of building and history. But as a business, it definitely doesn't do its job. There was a strong toilet smell in the room. The smell of all the food cooking downstairs was coming into the room. breakfast was below par. Loud noises of employees can wake you up early in the morning. I think you can find much better places for this money.

This was perfect for my first time overnight on the island. The location is a nice walk from the town center on the main road. This end of the island is quiet with mainland and sea views. My hosts Özlem and Ismail were welcoming and attentive. The hotel is a 200 yr old mansion that is furnished with lovely antiques. My room was comfortable and had the most incredible seaviews (sunrise too). I dined for dinner there and pasta was delicious and the wine selection quite good. I included breakfast (kahvaltı) in my stay and it was well worth it. I hope to stay here again as it was a very good experience.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts make you feel so welcomed as if you're an old friend. The room was clean and beautiful with such high ceilings! The furnishings in the home are authentic and old. The paintings on the walls throughout the home are all done by hand. I felt safe staying there as a single female traveler. I recommend staying at this wonderful home !!

Beautiful Büyükada Mansion with Great Service

This is an amazing traditional Büyükada-Prinkipos property, preserved immaculately, hosted by incredible proprietor couple, Ozlem and Ismail. They will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

Surekli bir ders verme hali icinde gibiydi, tuhaf gercekten. Boyle sevimli bir yerde karsilasilmamasi gereken seyler. Umarim bir daha olmaz. We are very satisfied with the hotel in general. The atmosphere is very nice, the rooms are full of interesting and old objects. The breakfast is simple and good. In terms of hospitality, the owner lady was extremely caring, helpful and polite throughout our stay while her husband was just the opposite. I think he has an attitude problem. Every time we tried to communicate with him, we felt that we were being offended for no reason. He was like trying to give us a lesson in each time... Things like this should not be experienced in such a cute place. I hope this will not happen again.

Anastasia Meziki in Buyukada - Istanbul.

Anastasia Meziki Hotel is a lovely place managed by a kind family. Close to the Buyukada City Centre but not too much so to be peaceful. Their restaurant is genuine and simple but tasty. On the first and the second floor they have 2 lovely verandas of public use where You can enjoy Your time (smoking or not smoking). It's a nice place for families.

Great Place

The experience was generally pretty amazing. However, the tinyyyyyy bathrooms leave a bit to be desired. I know it's more than a 100 year old building yes yes. But if I come back after a long long day of walking, I want to have a nice comfortable shower. Other than that everything was amazing.
