The staff in Ada Suites are the most wonderful caring staff I have ever met and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. The hotel itself is wonderful. It is centrally located, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and set in a wonderful location, but remains quiet with no noise from the bustle of Istanbul. I had a procedure whilst in Istanbul and as a result remained in my room for part of my stay and the staff were so attentive and caring. I had travelled alone and I felt so safe and genuinely felt the staff really cared. They brought me breakfast to my room each morning and checked in with me regularly to check if I was ok and also if I needed anything. The staff who took such good care of me were - Mahira - Font Desk, Sezai - Service, both Yildez's - Service, Sevin - Housekeeping and Serdar and Ömür - Welcome. I will never forget their hospitality and I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone. Thank you all.

The staff are outstanding, very helpful and make you feel very welcome. I left my computer there and the staff were kind enough to reach out and ship my computer back to me, they did not even ask me to pay for shipping. I am beyond pleased and grateful to this facility!!! The location is perfect, close to shopping area, bars and restaurants.

Staff overly k8nd. Polite and helpful. Appalling breakfast. I just vouldnt understand! Old stale bread. Old cheese placed in tiny sauce containers. Rationing was attrotious! I dread to see the state of their kitchen! Same breakfast for our 12 days stay. 3 olives in the sauce dish looked sorry begging to be binned

The room was nasty. The floor was covered in dirt. The made came the next day and didn’t change my bath mat that had dirt on it from the floor, she didn’t clean the floor so I had to ask staff to bring me a vacuum so I could clean the floor
