The host team is great and extremely helpful. The place has a great location too and the flat is overall lovely.However we’ve had some basic issues:- one of the bedrooms listed was too small and not representative of the photo.- listing mentioned all rooms have airconditioning however one of them had AC not working. Team was extremely efficient in fixing it tho.- probably the worst one but on one of the bedrooms we ve had issues of bed bugs. The team replaced the sheets however the sheets also were not washed (had hair all over). Basic hygiene issues there.Overall, got some basic hygiene issues with the place which I urge the team to fix before the next customer comes in. Apart from that, all was OK.
