Hi! I'm Sergio ("Situation" to my friends), and welcome to The Situation House in Marina di Marza. I prepared this home with one goal: to help you switch off. Whether you're on a family holiday or away with old friends, there's room for up to 6 guests to stay comfortably.



Outdoor living

The heart of the house is outdoors. We have a large terrace and a garden where summer evenings come alive. Relax in the cool air, dine outside and leave your car in our private parking area. The sea is about 300 metres away: just a short walk.



Inside the house

You'll find all the comforts you need:



3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, plus extra fans around the house.



1 en-suite bathroom for added privacy.



Travelling with a baby? I'll have a cot ready in our "Grandfather's Room", the most spacious and peaceful bedroom.



If you enjoy cooking together, there are two kitchen areas equipped with everything you need: an oven, microwave, coffee machine, citrus juicer, dishwasher and more.



Make yourselves at home



Pets: your four-legged friends are welcome (watch out for the friendly neighbourhood cats!).



Smoking: feel free to smoke outdoors (on the veranda and in the garden), where ashtrays are provided.



Convenience: fast, free Wi-Fi. Nearby, you'll find a café, a restaurant and a minimarket for breakfast or small purchases.
