The house with space for a larger family is just a few steps from the beach and welcomes you with bright, functionally furnished rooms. Enjoy the sun around the house in comfortable sun loungers, finally read in peace under the palm trees and gather your loved ones for a delicious barbecue meal on a warm summer evening.



Thanks to the excellent location near the beach, you can refresh yourself in the sea or enjoy a long sunbath on the fine sand at any time during your holiday. A visit to the idyllic baroque town of Scicli is almost a must, and the other towns in the Val di Noto are also well worth a visit. Spend a day visiting the imposing ruins of ancient Greece in the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento before returning to the beach.



Notes: There is a beach 50 metres away, but it is currently inaccessible following the damage caused by storm Harry. The nearest beach is therefore about 300 metres from the property.
