The main building features a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a dining area that opens onto a spacious covered veranda with a large table for outdoor dining and a corner sofa where you can relax while enjoying the view of the large private pool. The pool is nestled in the sloping garden of this beautiful property, creating a bright and unique atmosphere. The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two comfortable bathrooms with showers, and a laundry room. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and all modern comforts. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kW per week (about 36 kW per day). Any extra consumption will be charged at a rate of €1.10 per kW.

The proximity to Santa Maria del Focallo beach and the seaside villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo offers many opportunities to enjoy the sea and nature. The Baroque cities of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, and Syracuse are easily accessible by car, as are Mount Etna and Taormina. The villa is also ideal as a winter retreat in Sicily, offering a warm and welcoming refuge during the colder months. Renting a car is recommended to explore the area. Catania airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away, and the airports of Comiso, Palermo, and Trapani are also easily accessible. There are also bus connections from Catania airport to Pozzallo.
