Property Owner was super nice. She called and gave me all information I needed. Location, sunrise & sunsets were beautiful, pool & hot tub were excellent. Property was clean & nice. Office staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. All around great place for us.

Comfy accommodations

We enjoyed our stay here, although units are older and do need some sprucing up.It was nice to have a beach onsite, as well as a heated pool, the use of (older) bikes and kayaks. We were only a few miles from the action of Islamorada, including restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, breweries

We love our Topsider vacations. We stay here every year and have friends that own units here. It is the perfect quaint little paradise. It has everything week need- a beach area, a boat launch, a boat sip, pool, dock to fish off of and items for use like bikes and kayaks. And let's not forget about the tennis courts. It is centrally located for our needs with Publix just up the road, Robbie's Mariner a few miles away and close to Islandmorada. Will always reccomend this place and hope to be back for many futures years to come.
