We LOVED our stay. The whole week we were so well cared for by the staff… the service was incredible from top to bottom. We loved the host Mateo, our servers Hugo, Jose Abed, and the lovely ladies in the massage tent as well. Nice property. Stunning sunsets. Was there in early April. It was relaxing and quiet. The food was good. Not outstanding but good. The staff is wonderful. Hot tubs by main pool are meh and need some upgrades. We hung out in the rooftop pool and rooftop hot tubs. Would go back and stay there again.

Great stay and excellent location! The best ways to get around Isla Mujeres are golf cart, taxi, or walking. There’s a taxi stand right outside the hotel, with about $10 USD to the ferry and $5–$7 quick trips around the island. The southern tip of the island is about a 30-minute walk and absolutely beautiful, with a state park and beach clubs along the way. Bring cash — it’s appreciated, and the local people were friendly, attentive, and wonderful. Overall, I believe this hotel is in one of the best spots on the island

During our stay, we had a very good time. Hotel was clean and was taken care of well. Staff is so welcoming, nice, helpful, accommodating, and most importantly very friendly with authentic smiles. We liked the laid back and calm nature of the hotel. Saturday morning’s yoga session was excellent (we wish there were a few more sessions and advertised well). Improvement. Beach Access: It would be amazing if the hotel had a beach access similar to another beach two bars down. Or, have an agreement with their management to allow their guests to use that beach.
