My room at this hotel was wonderful. Clean, great staff and location is great. Close to everything walking distance. The beach, restaurants and a market nearby. Tacos stand right across the street. Good food.

Very central in Holbox and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast included was one cup of coffee, fruits and ham and cheese omelette. Overall good value for money. Our room wasn't cleaned one of the days we were there but this was rectified when we mentioned it. Thank you!

Nice hotel close the ferry dock and the action. Room was comfortable, staff was great, and the breakfast was actually decent with a coffee, ham and eggs, and a little fruit, yogurt, and bread. Often when hotels say breakfast included it’s a piece of bread and coffee. The water was working fine the night we checked in but the next morning there was no water. Couldn’t take a shower or use the sink. Other than that it was a great stay.

Small hotel in Centro close to everything. Staff was amazing, super attentive and very friendly. The place was clean, comfortable beds and pretty quiet since it’s not too close to any of the bars. Easily walk everywhere; beach, stores, restaurants etc. Only downfall for me was the hot water that is inconsistent in the shower but still managed. I would stay there again and recommend it as a good option especially for the price

We loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal — close enough to the centre to explore easily, but far enough away to avoid the late-night noise from the bars. Breakfast was great and kept us full and energised for the day. Our room was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. The only downsides were that our shower water fluctuated between very hot and very cold, and on Friday night there was loud music from the bar until around 1am, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return, perhaps in a room a little further from the bar next time.

The room I stayed had many issues. The shower was splashing water all over the bathroom, with no shower curtain to contain it. The bathroom was literally flooded after taking a shower. We also paid extra for a room with jacuzzi, but that was also not working: no cold nor hot water connected to it. The shower gel and shampoo in the shower were also not refilled before our arrival and the bottles were empty. Worse of all, the bathroom had a terrible smell of sewage that wouldn't go away. The balcony door in the room had a lock that didn't work and the room had a safe that also didn't work and that left us afraid for our belongings. Upon complaining to the reception, they put us in another room but that also had similar issues or even worse: the jacuzzi also did not work and the shower in the new room had no hot water. This is not acceptable. The breakfast is said to be included but it's a scam, they charge extra for everything. Both days we had to buy coffee and food from another place because what they provided is not enough. They give you like 20g of bread and 1 egg and that's it. Not even milk is provided and they charge extra for that. I have traveled all over the world and it's the worst "included breakfast" i have ever seen. It's really a scam to try to rip you off and get more money out of you.

En general bien. A mejorar tema de agua caliente ya que no se podía regular. A mejorar también la descarga de agua en WC ya que había poco flujo. Lugar muy tranquilo y seguro. Ojalá incluyeran desayuno. Buena ubicación entre puerto y playa grande. Se puede llegar caminando a ambos lugares. Podrían incluir luz más intensa aparte de las luces tenues en el baño y habitación.

La habitación estaba algo limpia, solo el piso se veía que no estaba bien barrido. La recepcionista es amable, el demás personal se notaban algo tímidos. La vista a la playa la verdad es que ni la playa está cerca así que no hay vista a la playa. El desayuno es lo que tengan del día, no hay para elegir solo nos sirvieron huevitos revueltos sencillos con pan y un poquito de fruta y café. Solo para tapar el diente. No dan salsas, ni nada más. Está lindo el lugar solo que si les falta más cosas en la habitación como papel de baño, acondicionador, Nose agua mínimo, más luz. Lo peor es que no hay agua para bañarse, tienen mucho problema de bombeo y si abres el grifo del lavabo en la regadera no sale y si le bajas a las palanca del wc no sale en el grifo y así. Y si sale es un chorritito de agua donde duras a penas te puedes bañar bien o de plano te quedas a medias bañándote porque te quedas sin agua. Y optamos por cambiarnos de hotel. Lo padre es que está muuuyy céntrico de todo!! Espero les ayude mucho mi comentario.
