We just left and had a wonderful stay. The location right on the beach was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff was absolutely unbelievable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Aldea Kuka and the staff are absolutely a 10/10 I checked the other highly rated properties at Holbox and this one it’s the best, great location you can walk to sand banks and to downtown, perfect set up and the staff it’s incredible!!!! I can’t wait to get back !

Best decision we made for this trip was booking Aldea Kuká. The staff — shoutout to Luis, Mike, and Javier — were exceptional. They knew us by name the whole stay and took care of every little thing without us having to ask twice. The room was private and spacious, the spa was incredible, and the restaurant delivered every single time. Topped off with a fire show at night and a great hookah setup — this place knows how to create an experience. Hands down the best property on Holbox!

Such a perfect experience. Totally exceeding my expectations. The design and aesthetic were incredible, super vibey you and could really see how much thought and attention went into every detail. The service was amazing! It was my birthday and the staff set up a beautiful birthday table for me at the restaurant that I did not expect! Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. It was truly a luxury experience and of course the location and the beach were unbeatable. I definitely recommend aldea and hope to come back!

Nice to be right on the beach, but not worth the high costs. The room door keys are difficult to use. We lost the 2 cheap string bracelets for the rooms and they charged us $45 US at checkout. It left a really bad vibe as we excited.

This is a 5-star property on the outside but 3 on the inside. The place is well-maintained and located but we had issues with the air conditioning throughout our 3-night stay that did not allow my family to have a good night sleep. I know that issues like this might happen in a beach front property but the staff, although tried to fix it the best they could, had no special courtesy to us after this disturbing incident…not what you will expect from a hotel declared 5 stars.
