Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Gather all used towels and place them in the laundry area , Empty trash and place them on the left side of the big palm tree up front outside.
Turn off lights and Air condition. Lock Front and back door.
Return keys back in the lock box use the same code to open and close press down on the bottom below numbers to open.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house was gorgeous. Spacious for 8 of us. Would come back. Only issue was the driving directions, it had the house number opposite opposed to what it actually is. Tried messaging the owner and never received a reply. Eventually we figured it out. It was night time and the lockbox wasn’t as visible, tried messaging again and no reply. The whole time we were there, there was no communication. BUT it is a beautiful place. Everything in the house was great and enough parking for 2 cars.

The place was very nice. Had a great time. Rosana was very helpful. The bedrooms were great and the AC worked very well. Great outdoor areas. Easy access to town and many other area sights/restaurants. Pool was clean and refreshing. Nice areas to just sit outside and relax.
