A small comfortable room which had everything we needed for our overnight stay in Irvine. It is close to good pubs, cafes and a shopping centre. The beach is a few minutes walk away and is really pretty. The sunset was superb, with staying just got that. Easy to access the property which was clean and comfortable.

Such a lovely hotel right on the harbour near loads of good pubs and restaurants - as well as the beach. Had a charming week while away working in Glasgow.
