We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants nearby, as well as the train station with links to Glasgow and Prestwick Airport. The owner is quick to respond to any queries and messages which is good. We will stay again.

Very good, simple instructions to gain access, quiet and cosy room. Very powerful shower, comfy bed and good size TV. Wifi was good and strong, simple desk and shelving perfect for a few nights. Room was spotless, Nick communicated very clearly, hassle free in and out. Room had hairdryer, kettle etc. Clean towels, bed was very comfortable. Ensuite was fine, great water pressure in the shower. Very reasonably priced and parking on the street, would definitely stay again.
