Ayrshire is home to the Ayrshire coastal path, a 100-mile long coastal walk with one of the finest panoramic coastlines in the British Isles. Crowned with a superb backdrop of the ever-changing profile of the mountains of Arran across the Firth of Clyde, this coastline is steeped in history and teeming with wildlife, including red squirrels, deer, otters and seals, and is a haven for bird watchers.

There is a refundable security depsoit of £400 payable before arrival as the property has a commercial hot tub, it is staffed from time to time for health checks and building security purposes only. Guests have full privacy. Welcome evening buffet and afternoon. Spa treatments and catering are available to book with owners .The outside facilities are quiet zones and the hot tub can be used until 9pm in the evening. The function suite and second bar are not included in midweek bookings. A second, larger kitchen is available to book at extra cost.
