The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is at 10am. House keeping will arrive promptly at 10am to begin to clean the house. Please be respectful and be out by then as it is possible another guest will be arriving the same day.
Place all used sheets, comforters, spare blankets, make up towels, kitchen towels, and bath towels in the laundry room (Leave mattress protectors on the bed).
Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and put in dish pod and start them. Place all trash in the outside trash cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We hosted a small bachelorette party and it was a blast! We paddle boarded on the lake and set up hammocks in the trees! The grassy yard allowed us to set up corn hold and spike ball and we had a blast
