Some places said there was a restrauant on site. There was not. Other places it was full breakfast including. There was no breakfast. Poor communication and last-minute changes in how to check in. Little to no staff presence.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. They went out if there way to accommodate us. Beds and pillows were comfy. The room was clean and housekeeping staff were responsive. Location: Perfectly situated and extremely easy to walk or drive anywhere. Nearby restaurant/pub, some shops and cafes are a few minutes away. Sadly, the hotel is in need of some plumbing maintenance. Water pressure fluctuated greatly from zero to 10. Usually when you were in the shower when the water would literally turn off.

Our bed was broken and so was the counter in bathroom plus the light switch kept falling off. When we approached the front counter to let them know they said yes they knew. The room was really clean tho and they had nice staff. I would Not stay here again tho.

Self catering hotel, gravel parking, nice restaurant, unfortunately, can’t find chefs and location is out of the way. Simple and spotlessly clean, moderate space, good price, nice host -Tarrick, toilet slow to fill, strangest looking taps. Bed sucks! Pillows have an odour (mold, soapy?), lumpy mstrress, not very comfortable. NO WATER PRESSURE. Showered under a trickle of water that stops intermittently (probably when used by another room)

Super super kind staff!

Staff was extremely kind and helpful! Water stopped working and I called the help number. They answered immediately and fixed it quickly. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Nice shower (when it is running lol). Only issue for us personally is the crosswalk across the street. Every time anyone crosses it makes an extremely high pitched beeping noise. This may only bug us because we are American and not used to that noise—but it was pretty rough to hear every minute or so at 8 am. Not the hotels fault, just good to know if you are a light sleeper!

Rented two rooms at ground level here for six nights. One room had windows on a busy street and the car park. The shades for these windows were broken and we had to keep drapes pulled for privacy but the drapes didn’t cover all of the window onto the car park. Hot water was iffy (we were told to run it for a while to let it warm up, which we did but then it would cut out mid shower), water pressure went up and down in shower, no a/c and only a small rotating fan, no hot breakfast and continental one was meager and all store bought items, wi-fi was sporadic in one room. Positives were the staff were lovely, it’s very close to the center of town and the river, and it has a car park. Room itself was large and with some improvements would be a great place. Cost us 80 pounds more each night than the nicer rooms we had in Aberdeen.

Good base to explore Inverness and the surrounding area. Lots of off street parking if you hire a car to explore the Highlands. Great parade of shops less than 5 mins walk to stock up on coffee and sandwiches for a day out and a 10 min walk into the centre.

The staff is wonderful, very personable and friendly. There is never anyone at the reception desk and you have to go to the bar. Our room was tiny. No place to put luggage so it went on the floor which normally would be okay but there is no walking room so we were tripping over it. We stayed for 4 days and the first two days we had water, one day it was a dribble and the last day we had no water at all coming from the sink or shower.

Located in old town area - nice walking area. Room was spacious and well appointed. Hotel appears to be waning - restaurant was not operating. Told manager that we had no hot water. They came to check it and said it was an old building and to let it run. Morning showers were cold.

Wonderful spot close to everything

We stayed here for one night on our family trip through Scotland. It was so clean and modern. We booked the family room which had two twin beds and a double. Plenty of room for me and my three adult children. The check went smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the castle and Victorian market.
