Room was well appointed, view was fantastic, host was personable and helpful, breakfast was great. There was a lot of attention to detail at this property and it showed. I’ve never stayed in such a perfect place before. The property and the room were absolutely splendid. even more beautiful than in the photos. The scenery around the place is stunning, with lochs and mountains all around. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was beautifully decorated with great style. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the continental breakfast, which was fresh and well prepared. The host, Stewart, was very kind and took great care of us. I hope to have the chance to visit again. ☺️☺️☺️

Excellent stay. Nice location, quiet and picturesque setting. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast. Just five miles from a village with a nice restaurant. An easy drive to Inverness and Fort William. Good hiking nearby (Glen Affric). Most of all, lovely hosts.

Amazing stay in Inverness

The hosts were amazing and so helpful. Our room was very comfortable and they had left a basket of teas, cookies, and other snacks to make us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious and we were even able to do a couple loads of laundry!

Our stay at High March was MARVELLOUS. The hotel is quite, clean, immersed in the nature, right in front of a lake. The location is perfect if you aim to visit Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. The room was spacious and clean and had everything one may need to have a lovely and comfortable stay. The breakfast takes place in a cosy room with a stunning view to the lake. The real plus is the staff, particularly the host Stewart: he is incredibly kind and available and ready to help where needed. In our case, in the morning we found our car with a tyre down: he helped us get in touch with the emergency service and took care of us until the tyre was eventually changed. Thank you very much indeed, Stewart! I highly recommend High March! Enjoy!
