This was our third stay and first time in the "standard" room, which we found not spacious enough. Our previous stays were in the 1 and 2 bedroom units which are very spacious. The balcony was a needed and enjoyed feature. The room was very clean and well appointed in storage, particularly the large bed drawers. Service (after check-in) was excellent. We had a small hiccup at check-in but Marjorie made it right. The hotel texted us to see if we needed anything and an employee came to the door the second day to check again on our needs. He very promptly delived fresh towels. We had breakfast in the on site restaurant where the server was incredible. He seemed to really enjoy his job. The in room coffee stations are a bit out of date. An upgrade to a Kuerig or Nespresso system would be a big improvement. The hotel is far enough off the highway to avoid any road noise. The pools and hot tubs (2 of each!) are wonderful. There is a lovely walking path around the hotel and a close by Tim Hortons and market/gas station that is walkable. You will need a car to get into town however. Wonderful hotel and worth visiting again and again!

We recently stayed at this hotel for a wedding and were excited to finally experience it after hearing so much about it. While it may have been a standout property years ago, it feels like it hasn’t been well-maintained, though the prices still reflect what you’d expect from a more updated hotel. Our room, unfortunately, was very dark, which made it difficult to get ready for the wedding. On a positive note, the large parking spaces were very convenient and appreciated. Overall, I think the hotel has potential but could really benefit from some updates to match the value of the experience guests are paying for.

Beautiful facility with plenty of amenities, food was amazing and the outdoor pool bar was a great touch after a hot day. Rooms were much larger than expected with incredible views.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was super convenient and close to town. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the water temperature was perfect. The only downsides were that the pool restroom wasn’t very clean and only had one changing room. It would also be a nice touch if the rooms included conditioner along with the other toiletries. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The one bedroom suites are very nice so you can cook food in your room Plus the extra space is nice to chill after a round of golf. The cabana by the pool is great as well it’s nice to sit at the pool & have an adult drink as well.

Not very happy with our overall stay

Check in wasn’t the greatest thing they were going to give us a call when our room was ready and they didn’t. They put us on the 4th floor and way down the hallway which is an inconvenience for seniors and having to carry our luggage. If you want ice you have to go all the way down to the front desk to get any. There’s no place to go and relax to have coffee in the morning. It’s definitely a pain to have to get up and drive to go get coffee or a little something for breakfast.
