We enjoyed this hostel right next to Interlaken OST. The room was very clean, spacious, and with great view of the mountains. There were many food options with the free breakfast to get you ready for the day.

Super close to train station. A very basic hotel (if you booked a private bathroom, a shared bath will have nothing besides the bed), anything extra (towel etc) has to pay. A hair dryer requires a deposit. Do your own bed after checked in. Put bedding into the laundry basket out the elevator when check out. No services. If booked more than one day, only thing did is clean your garbage.

It was really easy finding the youth hostel after getting off the train. The rooms were quiet and clean, great breakfast in the morning, and amazing location

Perfect place to stay. No hot water which is why 4 stars, not 5. But I would absolutely stay here again. Perfect location. Lovely staff. Pool table and toys for little ones. Food excellent. Rooms as you would expect from a hostel, but functional and clean. Great place.

Nice choice with good value

Clean, safe, convenient choice. Breakfast is neat. The only unsure thing is about luggage, as these are kept in storage ‘at your own risk’ . Will be perfect if it is kept under safe custody with a tag by staff.

+ Great location. Extremely quiet with windows closed. Friendly receptionist. Allowed us to store luggage in a locked room before check-in. – Room was a bit hot in June, and the hostel did not provide desk fans. Flies were present at the buffet and dining area.

Not bad for a youth hostel. The room was large and had a nice outlook and even a balcony. Breakfast was reasonable. Interlaken is a very expensive town so if you don't want to pay the ridiculous hotel prices the youth hostel is fine for a short stay.

We stayed in private bedroom with balcony. Wonderful floor to ceiling window with great views of Harder Kulm funicular, river and cows. We can hear the charming faint rings of the cow bells day and night. The trains run by regularly so you will hear it with the balcony door ajar. However excellent soundproofing if you want to close the door. Good size balcony but spider webs everywhere. The walls could really use a fresh coat of paint, especially the wall next to the head of the bed. No hairdryer provided but can be rented from front desk with a refundable 20CFH deposit. The bathroom not very bright and fluorescent tube above mirror had an annoying flicker. Good sensible layout. Free breakfast was plentiful and had all the basic breads, muesli, cold cuts , cheese, juices and coffee. Huge bonus is it’s only steps away from Interlaken OST the main train station. A big Coop supermarket is across the street. We would definitely stay again.
