I loved the concept of the hotel - combining a retirement facility with a hotel and encouraging interaction between the generations - and thought the hotel was clean and quiet. There were only a few things that caused a lower than five star review - a lot of mildew in our shower stall, breskfast foods that weren't replenished for guests dining later than the early rush, no coffee machine en suite, and guests with loud children that were placed near quiet guests and were not asked to keep the noise level down. Otherwise a decent stay.

I like their concept of the hotel, half senior stay and half hotel. That also the reason the entire accommodation is extremely clean and tidy , the spa facility is super , every staff are super friendly and welcoming . My room in 4/f and with 180”c Mountain View . So this hotel is also part of like a senior citizen community. So when I walked in, there was like a senior citizens eating at the café. The hotel is not in the main area, but it is a nice hotel and the gym and spa are very nice. The hotel staff did not make up the room very well. There was a shirt on the floor and they just left it on the floor they didn’t even bother picking it up and organizing the room. All they did was refill the same towel. They didn’t even give you new towels. If I went to the area again, I would stay in the main part of town.

Great hotel for a reasonable price in a very pricey area. Didn't realize it was shared with a retirement facility but it was very friendly and well done - we actually enjoyed our stay all the more because of it. If you want an extra pillow or a fan, ask for one before you check in as it closes at 10pm.

This is a NURSING HOME and a hotel. The front desk claimed that the other side is a nursing home while the other side is the hotel. Well, that was not the case for us rooms next to us are used by patients.
