This hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were helpful and professional. The location was perfect and easily accessible to trains and activities. There is a great restaurant with common comfort foods attached to the hotel. I look forward to visiting Interlaken and staying at this hotel again.

Definitely will stay again in the hotel. Highly recommended!! Note: The room did not have AC which is totally understandable in this hotel. Opening the windows and using the provided fans was enough for me and my family.

Summary: Barely 3 star, not a good value for what we paid ($500/night) The Good: = Great location 3 min walk from train station = Vintage charm = Good breakfast spread The Bad: = Poor maintenance. Mold in shower, doors getting stuck = Room lacked basic amenities like conditioner, lotion = Reception staff seemed clueless, any question needed 3 people to answer. Desk closes down at 11 pm !!
