Great place to stay during the warmer months but can be extremely cool in the basement. The thermostat is on the main floor with no sensor for the basement. It can be comfortable in the rest of the house but is still cold downstairs. There are no extra blankets or space heaters. We travelled with my elderly father in law who was so cold we went out and purchased a space heater. David tried to accommodate by turning the main floor heat to 23 unfortunately it had little effect in the basement. He has a clean and very functional space and I recommend it if you don’t like it too warm.
