50" HDTV with cable/Roku/Netflix, high-speed wifi, second TV in main bedroom, DVDs and BluRay player, games. Second bedroom has small workspace area with desk (if you can call a sewing machine table a desk). Slightly out of tune piano in living room. Free parking in driveway. Other perks: very hot water, small kitchen appliances including coffee maker, blender, kettle, dishes and cookware, stove/oven, microwave, washer and clothesline (dryer not in operation at present - very close laundromat available).

Minutes from grocery stores, LCBO and other amenities. Roughly 15 minutes to Georgian Downs casino, 400 Market and Highway 400 - 20 minutes to south Barrie. Seasonal note: Due to heavy snowfall, the firepit is currently unavailable for use as is the backyard. There is a small gas barbeque on the covered part of the sundeck but the rest of the deck that isn't covered is currently not set up for use due to snow. It will be fully operational later this spring!
