The unit we stayed was great! Nicely furnished, very comfortable and nice private outdoor area. We enjoyed the unit. Also had very good meals at 4 different restaurants - enjoyed those. The reason we would not come back is there are too many rules/restrictions for renters -ie only 2 set hours at the pool, no available chairs on the beach, no use of the gym, even restricted times at the volleyball area. As an owner of a similar type of property outside Canada when I rent my unit my renters have access to all amenities other than a private beach club which they can actually even pay for the day to use and have access to all beach chairs, etc other than private cabanas.
