I have enjoyed staying here for the past few years, this year was a little different, rooms are promised to be cleaned every other day, even though we complained about out room nit being cleaned, they finally cleaned the day before my departure, I stayed there for 5 nights and my room was cleaned only once. I understand things have changed but if they're telling you something it should be done

I called down at at midnight just after we checked in the tv wasn’t working and the sink was completely clogged. I encountered John at the front desk he was very rude and Aggressive! No one ever showed up at our room to check the tub or the sink.

I stay every year I feel comfortable there. I found out on august 23 it showed I had 4 resvs. For that day. Why. I do have reservations fo august 28th and October 11th and October 22nd. So if you can take care of taking the other 3 resv. That day.

It was just a little hard to find your way into the hotel driving. Key is to take the first expressway exit and then go straight at end of ramp.

Overall I thought the property was quite nice. However, it appears they need to do some infrastructure work on the plumbing as when I told the clerk at the front desk as I was leaving that the toilet was sluggish and did not always flush properly, he said, “I know that“. I said something to the effect of you do and he said no we just know that there are some problems with the toilets. Likewise, when I told him of the issue with the television he said he knew that too. It seems they have been having some often on problems that I hope they will soon address. However, I repeat that overall I very much enjoyed my stay there
