Room Said it slept 5, there was one king bed and no pull outs. A cot could be had for $25, even though it was supposed to sleep 5. Heat could not keep up, was set at 69, but was 64 when we checked in, and 24 hours later it was barely able to maintain 62. We didn’t even stay the second night, left around 4:00pm and drove home early because accommodations were not acceptable.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best stay I’ve experienced. Room wouldn’t go over 64 degrees. When I turned the shower on, the water was spraying in every direction. I then had to wipe up the flooded bathroom. Toilet didn’t work. Barely would flush and at some points looked like it was going to overflow. Tv also didn’t work. Call maintenance to fix these issues and no one showed up. Checked out to find out the shuttle wasn’t available due to weather. Checked to see when plows would plow the parking lot. Response was maybe later. There was no care or concerns to our issues. Very concerned with this stay.

Nice updated hotel. Comfortable bed. Only problem is our room was 64 degrees when we entered it. The room temperature quickly improved once thermostat was adjusted.

Upon arrival I was told the restaurant was open until 10pm but it was closed at 9PM. One of the ice machines on the first floor was out of order, the second machine spewed some sort of rubber or something mixed in with the ice. The room was nice but some of wash cloths from the last occupant hung were hanging over the shower curtain.

This hotel was clean, but we had nothing but issues the whole weekend. From no heat to no hot water. It took them 24 hours to switch our rooms. Once we switched rooms we were asked if we had a man in our room to move our cot. The answer was no. When we returned to our new room the cot mattress was thrown on the floor in the way of the door to get in. Unsanitary if you ask me. The staff was very nice and did help but I was looking for some type of comp for the crappy weekend we had. Instead, they offered me a free coffee. I would not go back.
