We stayed December 5-7th, during check in we tried entering our room (242) but the key card didn't work so we went the front desk 2x & received key cards that didn't work. The Manager then came up to the room with maintenance and opened the door, we asked the manager do we need to exchange rooms befor we get unpacked & she stated No (Joe) Maintenance would fix the problem. That didn't happen because we were locked out of our 3 more times throughout the weekend. The desk clerk offered to switch out rooms at 8pm the night before checkout .
