Clean place, quiet neighborhood, owner was easy to communicate with. My friends and I stayed two nights and it was a nice place to be accessible to downtown Indy! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again

House was great. Plenty of space and updated. Communication was great and check in smooth. Owner helped with any questions. One small issue was I think the cleaning person needs evaluated. The counters and table were sticky. Probably from the cleaner being used. The bathroom was not very clean. It was ok enough but I think the cleaning person did a rush job. But I would use again.

Overall the house itself was okay . There was some outlets that did not work , the oven didn’t work , the tub had tape on it . The heat didn’t work properly.
