I found out that the pool and hot tub were unopened due to renovations, although it was advertised on hotels.com at having these amenities. Very disappointed, as those options were what I was looking for.

We selected this location for its amenities (pool and hot tub). We went to the hot tub and there were 4 children in it. There were approximately 16 children in the pool. We noticed only one person had a key to enter the area but was letting a lot of other people inside. We did not get to use the area because of the number of people.
