This was the perfect little house to stay in for our weekend in Indianapolis. The location is so close to any store you might need, but it's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed that there were two tables for meals, and the enclosed sun porch on the back was a great add on.

The property was in a great location, well stocked with necessary items, and check in and check out was easy. Some minor cleanliness concerns, but nothing that would prevent me from renting this property again.

Great place to stay over Christmas, updated and clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. My only feedback is small, it was very cold when we were in town and none of the bedrooms had rugs… so the house felt very cold and sterile. Otherwise, the house worked well for us. Thanks!
