The property is old. I can see that they have done some renovations, however they definitely need to do more. The room was clean. The breakfast was a basic breakfast that you would expect like cereal, waffles and yogurt. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great area with a lot of stores and restaurants. I would stay again if I was on a tight budget for a weekend trip.

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms were pretty basic but pretty clean. Bathroom sink drain was stopped up and also leaked on the floor. Breakfast area looked nice but when we went down at 9:15 on Sunday morning it was already closed up.

The front desk staff was kind and engaging at check-in. The rooms left much to be desired. No amenities in the room for coffee. Floor tiles cracked. Beds are uncomfortable and too small. The pillows were flat. No spare pillows or blankets. There is a very distinct odor throughout the building. It was okay for just one night.

Elevator was terrifying. Hallways stank. Breakfast was a joke. Outside entrance at far end of the hall from the office was NEVER locked. Room was not serviced and we had to take our used towels to the front desk for fresh towels.

stayed for four nights and did not get any cleaning services or new towels. The papers they put on the counter say for longer stays they will go in for housekeeping on the third night but nothing was done. smelled like cigarettes every floor even though there are signs that smoking is not allowed.
