This location is the best! We could see the stadium from our window. Bill’s communication was literally within minutes, the apartment was spotless and comfortable. We will stay here every time we are in the area!!!

Spacious, clean and super cozy and comfortable! We stayed here for March Madness and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Indianapolis. The location was perfect - walking distance from Lucas Oil Stadium, the Convention Center, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Gallery Forty-Two. Thanks Bill & Becky!

My daughter and I took a trip to Indy to see the Indiana Fever play. We had such a nice stay at this property. It’s very obvious that the owners care very much about their space. Everything was very clean, updated, tastefully decorated and painted. The beds were very comfy, the shower was so nice. It was perfect for our 3 night stay. The location felt very safe which was important to us. If you’re catching a Colts game, it’s right across the way from Lucas Oil. Gainbridge fieldhouse where the Fever play was a safe 10-15 min walk. Parking is plentiful and easy, right outside the building. We will certainly be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!
